To cope with the constant increase in air traffic, the Brussels International Airport Company (BIAC) decided in 1997 to build a brand new 125,000 m2 terminal (the \u00ab\u00a0Pier A\u00a0\u00bb project).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This construction involved more than 80 engineering and construction companies:&nbsp;companies&nbsp;operating with different working methods, in different languages and with some 110,000 documents including 27,000 plans to exchange!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the supervision of Marc Ansoult, a secure intranet was developed. This contains all the technical data for the new terminal. \u00ab\u00a0Thanks to this system, the community working on the Pier A project (design offices, architects, companies and BIAC) was&nbsp;being&nbsp;informed 24 hours a day of what was happening on the site and had access to up-to-date information at all times,\u00a0\u00bb Marc Ansoult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His&nbsp;involvement in the management of colossal construction sites kicked off a career entirely devoted to information systems.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After having dealt with information management from an IT perspective, Marc Ansoult took a closer look at the human aspects of information management and created the company \u00ab\u00a0Exquando\u00a0\u00bb, which he affectionately nicknamed \u00ab\u00a0<strong>The Content Professionals<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" src=\"http:\/\/gate-31.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/ADMOS-43-1024x512.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-374\" srcset=\"https:\/\/app.gate-31.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/ADMOS-43-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/app.gate-31.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/ADMOS-43-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/app.gate-31.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/ADMOS-43-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/app.gate-31.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/ADMOS-43.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the company will soon celebrate its 15th anniversary, Exquando just announced, on May 2nd, the acquisition of FacOrg, a company active in enterprise architecture.
